Course Syllabus

Course Description:
This course enthuses the students to discover and appreciate human behavior in organizations. A review of how it transcended in history, and its various highlight concepts, structures, and processes will be presented in this course.  Most importantly, it hopes to provide students a venue to acquire organizational skills needed for self-improvement and professional development.

At the end of 18 weeks (54) Hours, the students are expected to:
  • Become acquainted with the behavior, structures, and processes of organizations;
  • Define vital organizational concepts and principles attuned to current local and global trends;
  • Equip themselves with various organizational skills vital for personal and social growth;
  • Immerse themselves fully in their chosen field to become better learners and responsible practitioners;
  • Effect positive change to others by contributing their commitment to personal and social responsibility.
