Organizational Environment
The Kaugnay Organization Incorporated is composed of 28 Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, Major in Computer Education students. During the following meeting we conducted an activity called project paranoia. It’s purpose is for each member to know oneself in order for us to be able to assess ourselves and others. It is necessary for the realizing of our vision. The class is being held in a classroom which we visualize as an office where everyone is a manager and the working environment is conducive and appropriate. We will be continuing the activities and programs to reach our objective.
Organizational Relationship
The Kaugnay Organization Incorporated is governed by the cooperative collaboration with our boss. He has all the say regarding on what activities we would conduct as well as the tasks or job that are being assigned. We are all required to give a full cooperation regarding the tasks he wished to conduct. He sets the direction, rules and regulation and goals for our organization and as employees we are required to follow these.
This organization is created to improve the skills and proficiency of every members for them to be ready in the work field someday.
VISION
The HUMAN BEHAVIOR ORGANIZATION aspires to promote change for the better of every individual. It ensure that every individuals will be able to use their weaknesses as one of their strength. It also promotes to enhance the camaraderie and creativeness of the members.
MISSION
Through various activities and projects, every members will develop their self as one of the best. Help them boost their self confident and be professional as every work requires. The organization also aims to enhance their ability in human relations as well as managerial skills.
OBJECTIVES

ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The HUMAN BEHAVIOR ORGANIZATION is composed of a BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION major in COMPUTER EDUCATION 3b. During the previous meetings we had this so-called project paranoia where in we visualize ourselves as an office employees. Its main purpose is for us to know if we have this ability to work within a group and how we do cooperative with each other for the benefit of the project. It also aims to discover our weaknesses and to assess ourselves for us to become better.
We are not yet done with our activity but we will continue it until we reach our goal and our objective.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP AND LEADERSHIP
The kind of leadership this organization has is that the boss is the one who implement, manage, plan and decides with regards to our activities and project. The boss is the one who also formulates policies, rules and regulations.
The members is the workforce where in we collaborate and cooperate with our boss for the benefit of the project. Every members always excel effort and give their best shot. We always listen and follow to our boss. The one who break the bi-laws will be fired.
The HUMAN BEHAVIOR ORGANIZATION’s environment was affected by many factors. First is the different behavior of the members and of course the individual differences, needs and concern. However with our collaborative effort and creative thinking we can make our organization’s environment suitable for learning and progress.
Our Organization entities enable society to pursue accomplishments that can't be achieved by individuals acting alone. An organization has a member that function as a whole. You are performing as a group that coordinated consisting of at least two people who function to achieved a common goal or set of goal. Being part of an organization you have to think a god suggestion that can help to succeed your group. The king of organization we have is simple but they have coordination to each other. The relationships among individuals and groups in organizations create expectations for individuals' behavior. Because these expectations result in certain roles that must be performed. We expect among the organization that all of their members are participate and well coordinate. The group norms of our organization we worked as a group and eventually we worked individually. To be noticed if somebody got participated among the group. The kind of participating in the group we have to break some kind of idea to see the great idea in a group, and this is do we called brain storming. Groups also form because of leadership action and because of individual efforts. Leaders created work groups to carry out assigned jobs and action. Such groups created by leaders decisions, are termed formal groups. A kind of group that the leader can manage their members. Group also forms as a consequence of members' action. Such groups, termed informal groups, develop around common interests and friendship. When it comes to leadership they listen to the suggestion of their members to be able to know the additional idea for the improvement of their group. And as a leader you're the one who leads your group and also as a member you have to follow it.

It refers to a field of study w/ aims to study about how an individual and a group work w/in the organization. As I observe from our classroom organization, all activities are focusing sometimes how to work w/ our colleagues in different situations that our Boss is given. With in an organization we must learn how to interact to each other in order to achieve our goal. Because of this subject matter, we can develop ourselves to become more competitive person w/ strong self confidence. Contingency approach This approach focuses on the managers tasks for his/her organization under their custody. They must be good in planning, organizing and knows how to lead others, this will lead to effective performance of the colleagues and as used as the entire organization. Factors that makes organizations different to each other such as:
1. Facilitation of the Boss 2. Mission and Vision of the organization 3. Individual differences of the members 4. Field of specialization 5. Objectives of the organization 6. And the size of the organization Comparison of 3 factors to attain effectiveness 1. Goals – refers to the aim of the organization, while; 2. Systems- the grouping of elements that individuality establishes relationship with each other. And interact w. their environment both individuals and as a collective. Systems can be categorize in 3 ways: a) language b) machines c) culture

Socialization
It refers to the interaction between other people within a group or the society. Based on our classroom activity, we can cite some example such as: • Sharing of Ideas • Comments to other colleagues • And how we interact in every activity In this way we can develop our self-confidence at the same time we can know our classmates differ.
Spirituality
It refers to the harmony and will lead to understanding of each other within the organization that we have. Like in our Project Paranoia last Sat. We experienced this, but I guess the spirituality in not enough that’s why we didn’t solve the puzzle pieces.
Generalization about Project Paranoia
I agree that CONFUSION is a part of the test. Because of this activity it measures our ability how to follow instructions from our boss, be able to comply from his requirements and learn how to do jobs in time. From this point I realized that time is important. We must learn how to cooperate and work with other members of the organization.
An individual can’t perform always on his own within the organization. Our activities inside the class can help us to understand each other, work with accurate action and become a good observer for the development of ourselves. And to become more responsible as a member of this organization and at the end we can use it in the real business world.
